Adrian Ford of Mortgage Choice has been managing our financing for refinancing, investment, land and construction loans for several years. He is very efficient and communicates throughout the whole process making the whole process less stressful. Would highly recommend his services if in need of a mortgage broker.

Adrian was absolutely amazing - my situation was slightly complicated but he made me feel so comfortable from our first contact. I had bad credit and was a single mum and was embarrassed about my situation.
He kept me updated on my loans progress and respected my neurotic fears.

The team here were amazing at each step of the process. Adrian was very knowledgeable in consulting us on all our options gave us useful information to best position ourselves for the loan amount we wanted. Adrian was responsive To queries at each open home when we needed advice once we were under contract managed to exceed our expectations in gaining approval well before the tight finance deadline. I spoke with the team at Mortgage Choice Loganholme to arrange a loan to build my first home. Despite working in the finance industry I didnt know much about home loans especially when working in with the first home owners grant.

This is the second time we have come to Adrian Ford for mortgaging re finance. As baby boomers we were in set and forget mode as the thought of changing banks was too daunting. The first time Adrian was successful in gaining a fantastic deal with our current bank at the time. The second time our bank wouldn’t deliver. Adrian gained amazing mortgage reductions for our home and investment unit. But once the paperwork came in with the new bank we were overwhelmed. But Adrian in his calm caring manner said “come on in “ and he, on several occasions, walked us through patiently explaining the processes checking that we understood the splitting fixing and variable features of our loans. And the signing of the multitude of paperwork. We couldn’t ask for a more genuine honest young man. Check Adrian out you will not be disappointed. We worked with Adrian Ford who had kept in touch with us for almost 2 years before we moved ahead with buying our first home. Adrian is very knowledgable from building to buying to investing. He is also very patient, we went back and forth for months while looking for our home running through the different scenario's each time. We also changed our minds with regard to the lender we wanted to use right towards the end. Throughout the ever changing process Adrian was available to answer questions, provide quotes for pre-approvals and recommend service providers. I cannot recommend highly enough Adrian Ford from Mortgage choice Loganholme. He got us reductions in interest rates on our mortgage home and investment properties, with our own bank where we were unsuccessful. Both of us find paperwork overwhelming but Adrian was fantastic in breaking info down into language we could understand. Can't wait to see him again in the future as he works towards us getting our mortgage paid off.
