I've had an extremely good experience with Vinay as my mortgage broker. I was able to contact him when I needed advise. He was very proactive in providing me the service and support I needed. He is a very personable and empathetic person. Definitely someone I would recommend.
Vinay helped my partner and I with our first pre-approval ever. We had lots of questions, and had to navigate complicated documentation but he was very patient and got us pre-approval quickly. 1010 recommend

Thinking about buying our first home felt like a challenge but Vinay made the whole process seamless and efficient. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to give us a detailed analysis and breakdown without making things too convoluted

The personal nature that vinay provided made approaching and asking any simple questions really easy. Vinay was an absolute superstar. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood everything. Always answered our questions with no hesitation. The process was really smooth. Would recommend to family friends.

There is a very highly likely chance that individuals get overwhelmed with loan choices available in the market today. I was struggling initially, however once Vinay Singh came on-board, I knew I was in good hands, as not only did he provide an exceptional service by tailoring a loan package for my needs, he also advised and guided me along the way. He was proactive and committed which led to swift loan processing.
