Senior Loan Consultant

Erica is our senior loan consultant. She joined the team in 2012, and specialises in looking after our Asian clients. Erica has helped hundreds of clients select the best home loan package to suit their needs. She consistently has more home loans approved than an average mortgage consultant by a ratio of 3:1, demonstrating her success in adding value to clients. Erica addresses client enquiries and concerns throughout the loan process, while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Erica has a Master of Accounting and Finance degree from the University of Newcastle. She is also a licensed real estate agent, with years of experience in property sales and management

Franchise Owner

Raymond is the founder of Mortgage Choice Pyrmont, Randwick & Maroubra. Coming from a fund accounting background, Raymond entered the mortgage industry in 2003. Since then, he has organised more than $1 billion in home loans and won numerous industry awards. Raymond has a Master of Finance from the UNSW, and is a registered CPA. He is a registered mentor to new brokers, and a Justice of the Peace.

To maintain service standards, Raymond only works with existing clients and client referrals.

Loan Administration Assistant

Cassandra, in her capacity as a Loan Administration Assistant, functions at the critical juncture of efficiency and precision in the lending process. With a sharp focus on detail and an unwavering commitment to operational efficiency, Cassandra guarantees the flawless orchestration of all facets of loan administration.

Her duties include meticulously organizing and managing loan documentation, serving as a liaison between clients and lenders, and facilitating the acquisition of property reports and upfront valuations. Motivated by a dedication to accuracy and propelled by a genuine desire to support borrowers throughout their financial journey, Cassandra plays an indispensable role in ensuring the seamless progression of loans from inception to fruition.

Accounts Administration

Hailey is an accounting administrator. She is always keen to learn and gain experience. While working for us, she is also a full-time student at the University of Sydney, studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws double degree. Some examples of roles Hailey has had in the past include an internship at a Hong Kong accounting firm, and Publications Director of the Accounting Society at the University of Sydney.

She is fluent in English and Cantonese and can communicate in Mandarin.
