Tony McCoy is a fantastic broker.
From start to finish Tony walked us through the process and kept us up to date every step of the way. Tony took into account our circumstances and recommended the best product for our needs. This is the third time Tony has assisted us and we would have no hesitation in recommending or seeking his services again.

Re question 2, I had no choice but to trust my Advisor's advice.
As a consumer it's impossible to know if the Adviser helped you choose the right loan solution for my needs or to maximise their trailing commission.
Hence a flat rate charge independent of lender and loan selected would be far more transparent and increase trust.
Engineered two re-finances during a tough market cycle. Readily contactable, friendly and professional.

Tony went above and beyond what was required. My bank was not being entirely cooperative and he worked extremely hard to make the settlement go through. He personnally came to my work to make sure that all the documents were signed and hand delivered them to the bank. Without him the settlement would not have occurred.
