As well as being both the Owner and Manager of the business, Tim has been a Broker at Mortgage Choice in Kingsley since 2004. 

As a long time local Kingsley resident, Tim brings a winning combination of dedication, enthusiasm and experience. He loves what he does and the number of people who refer his service to their friends and family is a testament to this.

Tim’s clients know they can rely on him to look after them because he genuinely places their needs and wants first, making the entire process straightforward and hassle free. He consistently endeavours to educate his clients, helping them understand their options and make the best decisions they can.

Shae was a client of Tim’s back in 2008, and after referring him far and wide, started working at Mortgage Choice in Kingsley in 2015.

Shae’s role in our business changes constantly as we grow and evolve, so “Chief Amazement Officer” has become the title that best describes her. Shae is passionate about finding ways for us to deliver world class service, whether it be through directly helping customers, or in her role looking after our marketing and communications. She also regularly saves the day managing the team, calendars, appointment bookings and a million other things with her organisational wizardry!

Shae would love to hear about any local fundraising or sponsorship opportunities or events we could get involved in around Kingsley and its surrounding areas.

With his previous experience working for lenders, Miguel is perfectly suited to the Loan Processor role within our team. Working alongside our brokers, Miguel helps submit and track loan applications to approval.

Miguel is based in Manila, and on the weekends he enjoys spending time with his family. 

Before deciding to join her husband Tim at Mortgage Choice in Kingsley, Stephanie’s background was diverse and colourful.

After completing a Diploma of Education, Stephanie taught at a number of schools, before obtaining a scholarship to the Australia Opera Studio. Shortly after graduating from the programme with Honours, she won a prestigious opera competition, which saw her live and perform at opera houses in Germany.

Now back home in Perth, she continues to scratch her singing itch as the Director of her all-female ensemble Meadowlark.

After 25 years of working in the finance industry, Mary Helen joined our Client Services Team in 2010. Mary Helen has vast experience liaising with clients and lenders and is in the office to help with your enquiries on Mondays.

Jim has been with Mortgage Choice in Kingsley since 2014, where he partnered with Tim and Stephanie, in purchasing the Kingsley franchise from Graeme Broad. Since then he has covered a number of roles, from Office Manager to Loans Processor... and pretty much everything else in between.

Now that we have expanded the team, Jim has taken a step back from the client facing side of things to concentrate on the more operational aspects. As the Operations Manager, he oversees the day to day running of the business including bookkeeping, IT support, payroll and staff training.
