Joel was extraordinary.. I was having issues with my bank 3 days out from settlement after been given the final approval for my loan. This when Joel went into action and I had my loan approved late evening on the same day I started the process with Joel .. if your looking for stress free process Joel is your man
We have used Tim multiple times for last minute machinery financing and to acquire our new home earlier this year. From start to finish, he made light work of all nitty gritty that comes with financing and the loan process. I was about to give up on ever owning my own home again. Tried borrowing money from my bank, where I secured a pre approved mortgage, but it just wasnt enough to purchase anything half decent.
So, I decided to try Mortgage Choice in Highland Park and give it one last shot.
There I met Joel, who gave me hope that we can do better than my bank. Sure enough, Joel secured a pre approved mortgage with another lender with a much better result than my bank. I would say it has taken me 8 weeks with Mortgage Choice to secure a lender and the purchase of my new home. My settlement went through today and I am over the moon.
Joel made the whole process so easy. Not only with his professionalism, but his optimism of seeing me in my own place.
