Obviously everyones borrowing circumstances are different , however Terence really is an expert in his field and will do his absolute best to get you a great product suited to you.
Terence communicated with myself and my brother every step of the way offering clear direction, advise and was prompt when returning phone calls and emails.
His monthly emails that he posts about what the property market is doing , what interest rates are doing etc, also tells me that he really knows the property market and the banking sector like the back of his hand.
