My ability to obtain a home loan was somewhat problematic given my age and being self employed - and various banks had made that point clear. Steve was fantastic - got everything sorted - explained everything clearly. It was very convenient that he came to my home to get all the paperwork signed. I went from offer to keys in hand in three weeks thanks to Steve and his relationship with the bank - would highly recommend to others looking for a hassle free mortgage process.
I have had Steve Pilling help me out with finances for well over a 10 year period. He is always friendly, punctual and very helpful in finding the best options that suit my individual goals. I highly recommend Steve and his excellent service.

Steve went above & beyond in providing extra assistance. 1. while I was looking for a property - he would look up past sales history and other info of any properties I was interested in. The sort of info that the real estate person isnt going to tell you! 2. As a 'landlord' himself, he gave me details on claimable items & other useful tips regarding owing an investment property. 3. He was genuinely available 24/7 if I had any questions or concerns. 4. He explained the mortgage process in laymans terms and kept me up to date every step of the way. I had no concerns what so ever - everything was taken care of for me. - I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Steve in the future!
