Stephen has been a Mortgage Broker for nearly 25 years, and his passion for the industry has only grown over time. As a two-time author, including the Amazon #1 bestseller Your Investment Property Plan as well as Property Rich, Stephen is dedicated to making home loan information accessible for everyday buyers. His expertise is regularly featured in various industry publications, TV programs, and podcasts.

In addition to his mortgage broking career, Stephen is the founder of the Australia Property Club, an online network specializing in helping people invest in property effectively. He's a self-confessed numbers guy, and loves supporting his clients with timely, market-leading advice so they can put their energy into finding a property they love.

With a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and over 15 years at CBA, Joanna has an extensive background in banking and finance. She worked her way up through management roles in Business and Corporate Banking and spent two years in Group Credit, handling high-value files over $1 million. For the last 16 years, Joanna has been part of the Mortgage Choice team, where she’s been guiding clients through the home loan process and building lasting, long-term relationships with clients: watching them go from first home buyers to property investors.

Sharon has been in Mortgage Broking since 2001, bringing years of experience and know-how to the table. She’s worked with everyone from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors with complex portfolios. With a knack for structuring loans and navigating the approval process, Sharon is all about finding the right solutions - even when things get tricky. Whether it's helping someone secure their first home or watching an investor grow their property portfolio, she’s passionate about making the journey as smooth as possible.

With over 25 years in banking and finance, Vince has worn many hats - from Lending Manager to Assistant Manager in branches, and later as a Finance Broker running his own business. These days, he’s focused on helping Stephen with sales development and credit analysis, drawing on his extensive experience to guide clients toward the right financial choices. Vince likes to keep things simple, especially when it comes to helping first-time home buyers navigate the home loan process from start to finish and keeping things stress-free and seamless.

Ivy started working in finance fresh out of uni, after working in customer service at a local bank branch. After ten years in banking and finance, Ivy transitioned into the mortgage broking industry, which she says, was one of the best moves she ever made. Now, with four years of experience in loan admin and processing, Ivy is well-versed in the complexities of loan applications, and how to ensure a smooth process for our clients from start to finish.
