James and his team looked after us so well. We confidently exchange contracts for the purchase of our new home without pre-approval and stress free. We had to act fast and did not want to miss out on a home. We were confident and trusted them about our maximum purchase price. James and his team applied for pre-approval on Monday before we exchange on Tuesday and obtain unconditional approval in less than a week. They dont play cowboys, they know what they are doing and they tell you how much you can safely spendborrow. Definitely the best mortgage brokers we worked with.

Getting a new home loan or refinancing in the past has been daunting and frustrating. The experience I had with Dee Why Mortgage Choice was the complete opposite, the process was effortless, streamlined and the customer service was outstanding.

My girlfriend and I were able to navigate the complexities of acquiring a home loan, but this was only possible due to the support of the Mortgage Choice team. Initially Brad ran through every scenario under the sun to help us make the right choice. Then throughout the settlement period, Rob and Tiani were always available for a chat or to field any questions. Rob might have even been more excited than us on settlement day It was nice that they really cared about you from start to finish. For a first time buyer they made this whole thing seem much less scary. I couldnt recommend the team

Tiani was patient and communicated each step of the mortgage process to us. She follows up on us during our stressful settlement as well it was a Friday afternoon past 5.
