Steve is the guy we didn't know we needed. We were looking at remortgaging our family home to get a better deal so we talked to Steve, he did a great job of explaining how it all works and what the options were, he checked the market and even helped us write to our current mortgage provider to ask for a rate reduction.
In the end, Steve advised us to stay with our current provider for the best deal for us, despite the fact that he would lose out on a commission. He even gave us some great tips on paying off our mortgage quickly. It says a lot about him that his advice was based on what was best for us, not him.
We'll definitely be working with Steve again in the future, great guy, great advice.
