She utilizes this data to negotiate and optimize the mortgage interest rates available for her client based on small factors, that affect the rate of interest, which a retail investor (common man) is highly likely to overlook. A small difference in interest rate (about 25 basis points or 0.25%) can result in saving thousands of dollars, which is precisely where Shreya differentiates herself from other mortgage brokers. I would highly recommend Shreya because it is not only her passion to procure the best interest rates for her clients but also a means of job satisfaction for her.
