Mortgage Broker 

With more than 30 years’ finance, lending and mortgage broking experience, Shawn French regards honesty and integrity as hugely important qualities on which he has based his business.

“These qualities are the reasons why I started my own business,” he explains. “My reputation is very important to me and so I’ve taken great care to build a professional service based on these character traits.

“I work only for my clients, whose interests come first. I’m interested in building long-term relationships – not transactions.”

Shawn works with his clients to understand their financial goals and tailors solutions to meet these goals and to suit their circumstances now and into the future.

His holistic approach has seen him develop “clients for life”.

“It’s rewarding to have the majority of my business come from customer referrals,” Shawn says. “There is nothing more satisfying than a happy client entrusting their family and friends to my care.”

Shawn is also a qualified financial planner and holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services, Financial Planning, and has undertaken studies in the Masters of Financial Planning.

He is a member of the Financial Industry and Securities Institute of Australia (FINSIA) and the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

Shawn French’s mortgage broking business is based in Greensborough, and he offers a fully mobile service to Melbourne’s northern, eastern and western suburbs.

David Dornseiff knows how to provide his clients with an excellent mortgage broking service. “I make sure I listen to my client’s needs and really understand what their ultimate goals and objectives are,” he says. “I look at their position from different perspectives so I know that they have received the right loan solution.”

David prides himself on being approachable, organised, honest and willing to help — all essential qualities to look for in a mortgage broker. “And I am proud to say that the majority of my business comes from referrals from happy clients and other professionals. This gives me the satisfaction of knowing that I must be doing something right – to be trusted with the finances of my clients’ family and friends,” he adds.

Whilst based in Blackburn, David operates a fully mobile broking service throughout the Eastern Suburbs area, including but not limited to Nunawading, Mitcham and Vermont. As part of his premium service, David is extremely flexible with his working hours and is contactable seven days a week.

As well as providing a mobile mortgage broking service to his many clients, David is also expert in providing aged care accommodation bond finance.
