Shane Swinton and his team have almost 50 years’ combined experience in banking and finance broking. They love what they do, pride themselves on their honesty and integrity, and are extremely professional in their delivery of outstanding customer service.

With quite diverse backgrounds in finance, Shane and the team, provide their clients with the up-to-date information they need to ensure they fully understand and are comfortable with the important decisions they make.

Working together as a team is advantageous for Shane's clients, The team are always looking at extra ways to add value by introducing new ideas or adding personal experiences.

“We have a friendly, casual approach with the focus on open communication,” Shane says. “We genuinely listen to our clients’ needs and aspirations, allowing us to advise them on the best available financial products for their individual needs.

Throughout her career Wendy’s expertise and commitment to customer service have earned industry recognition. During her banking career, she received the Rotary Award Pride of Workmanship 1996 which recognises going above and beyond the call of duty.

She is also a strong believer in “charity beginning at home”, and in 2007, her family experiences of leukaemia resulted in a luncheon to raise awareness and funds for research.
