Scott was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire process of purchasing my first home, something I found very daunting until I engaged his services. He was so patient and accommodating of my changing needs in a rapidly moving market.

the service I was given was first class from the moment I sent my enquiry right through to the last day which actually had everyone very concerned as looked like settlement would be delayed but with the incredible follow up and communication between Scott and Maria everything was completed. Scott has a great knowledge and he was a fantastic help in all respects in the whole purchasing process. We maybe didn't discuss so much about the loan options and that's why I am not rating 10 in that part. Otherwise he was a 10+ man throughout the months I was looking for a place, always ready to help. It was my first property investment in Australia, and Scott was the right kind of an adviser in my circumstances.

Scotts response time was fantastic. Scott sorted out all the fine details for me and made things very easy during the lending process. Scott listens to your needs and finds great possible solutions to your lending needs.
Scott was prompt to answer questions we had but some of his answers were not always correct. We were lead to believe that our loan could be paid fortnightly and our repayments had to come out of a CBA account. As per CBA this is not correct. We found Scott to be helpful in processing our paperwork for the loan but found a representative from CBA to be more accurate in providing information about our loan.
Without even meeting Scott in person, he was able to ensure my entire purchase was handled efficiently and effectively. Fantastic service - would recommend Scott in a heartbeat!

Scott came to us through a referral, Gav & Rachel Needham. As we run our own business we already have a relationship with the bank (CBA). Through Scott we stayed with the CBA. We did though find Scott a step above. At all times Scott was both professional and personal. In short, a class act. Every thing in relation to purchasing my first investment property in Adelaide, through Scott in Sydney, was easy and extremely straight forward. Every call was responded to if not immediately then very timely and with a depth of information and clarity. As I said in the testomonial- Scott was a great adviser to me in all things to do with my mortage but also my new home and was very supportive during the whole process (which wasn't smooth due to my solicitors). I had recently lost my parents and just needed some guidence and support when things weren't going to plan and he was there and always willing to help me in what I needed. I will be forever thankful.
