Sam has assisted me with both my original Mortgage and recently my refinancing.
I wont be changing my mortgage broker anytime soon. He has been excellent!
I would not hesitate to recommend Sam. He has been so very patient with me, particularly for my situation with a long protracted family court process wrapping up. Sam was genuine in his help and advice, and without a doubt he went the extra mile to help me. If it were possible I’d give an 11/10.

Throughout the entire process, Sam was knowledgeable, helpful and provided great advice. Each step was well communicated, with clear instructions as to what was required and quick responses to any questions and keeping us up to date with progress.

I would just like to say thanks to sam from the mount lawley office as he got us out of a very high intrest government loan, swapping to a very low intrest loan and in turn saving us about $120 a week. Its made our week to week life so much easyier and are on our way to paying of a very annoing personal loan. Sam was great in helping me with my loan especially seen as though it was christmas time. He went above and beyound to make sure that my loan was processed, submitted and accepted within a few days of the offer of acceptance going through.
Excellent service. Not only did Sam travel quite a distance each time to see us, he was always contactable and able to help us and answer any questions. As my husband and I live in remote Australia, we were worried buying an investment property was going to be difficult in terms of banks and the requirements involved with a new mortgage. Going with Sam was the best decision we could have made. The whole process was stress free, smooth and easier than we've ever experienced before. I thought it was particularly great service in that Sam would always email me if he was unable to contact me via a phone call to update me on the progress of my loan. He was also quick to respond to any questions/queries I had about the process.
We had major issues with our settlement agent so Sam Zurzolo and Todd McVee had to basically perform both roles for us and were absolutely fantastic. We have dealt with a number of mortgage advisers over the last few years and Sam and Todd have been the best we've dealt with by daylight. We will be bsaed in Victoria from now on but we will still be using these Perth-based brokers in the future because we were so happy with their work and their above and beyond attitude to help us sort out what was a bit of a nightmare settlement (nothing to do with their side of things). I wouldn't be able to speak more highly of them. Cheers.
We previosly had a broker from another company and was dissatisfied with their service, hence why we went elsewhere but working with Sam really showed us how bad our previous broker was. Sam helped us through every step of our searching and applying for a suitable homeloan. He answered all of our questions and was a wealth of knowledge. He was more than approachable and responded to all calls and emails within a few hours!! Really impressed with his work. Wouldn't go elsewhere now and would recommend him to everyone and anyone.
