Roland was very helpful in organising our loan from pre approval to settlement. We appreciated him coming to our house to explain the loan process and answer all of our questions thoroughly.
Roland from Mortgage Choice is an absolute superstar. He went above and beyond to support me and my family in getting a mortgage for our first home. When we were buying our first home in Australia, we were overwhelmed by the decisions we had to take and the sheer amount of time in each process was frustrating.
But one of the best decisions we made apart from selecting the right home was to choose Roland as our mortgage broker. He set to work immediately and kept the entire process of selection transparent. He kept us informed of our choices and helped us choose the best suited product basis our needs. The entire mortgage process was so smooth and completed very quickly which helped us have a relaxed settlement.

We were looking to buy a house and prior to Roland, we approached multiple Mortgage brokers who gave us the answer that we cannot get a loan cause my wife is on 461 Visa as you can imagine we were very disappointed and when i shared my sadness with my brother he twisted my arm to call Roland which ended up being the best thing ever as he gave us hope, worked fast and hard to get us the home loan very quickly. He was always there to assist whenever we needed help or clear any doubts even in late evenings. Now we own and are in our beautiful new house thanks to him. We did wish others such as solicitors were as helpful and amazing as Roland was through the buying process. I would strongly recommend him.
