Would 100% recommend pene to anyone needing a broker, she went above and beyond to help a couple clueless first home buyers make a purchase with minimal stress and kept us well informed throughout the whole process, any questions we had pene was quick to answer with great knowledge whether it was during business hours, after hours or even on the odd public holliday. Couldn’t recommend anyone more!

The process was very slow. I was repeatedly asked to keep providing more information. Was given pre approval but the process was still so slow and delayed our building process.

Very prompt and smooth experience. After trying to access person loan on my own I finally came to my senses and sought advise from the broker who assisted with out home loan - from the fist contact with my broker I was approved for the loan and received funds within a week.

Great service from advise however feeling very let down on communication once loan had all gone through. Still waiting to get online access details so that I can access my redraw facility. An email rather than snail mail for this would have been a better option.
Can\'t recommend Smartline Personal Advisors Wangaratta enough. We have been helped twice now by Smartline when the banks wouldn\'t - even when we\'d been with the one bank for many many years!
