Pene has worked in lending for over 18 years, across retail, agribusiness and business banking. This diverse experience means she has an excellent knowledge of the broader finance market and a unique understanding of the challenges of dealing with different lenders.
Pene is dedicated to providing an outstanding customer service and can assist all borrowers including home buyers, those refinancing or renovating their property and property investors – both residential and commercial.
Personable, approachable and a proactive listener, Pene strives to get to know her clients so she can fully understand their lending needs right from the start. She has access to a large panel of lenders, so she can then match your lending requirements – and your long-term finance goals – to the right loan. She will also negotiate with her network of lenders to ensure you get a competitive rate.
“The key to providing excellent service is communication,” says Pene. “I pride myself on keeping in regular contact with clients throughout the loan process, providing updates and keeping in touch post-settlement. Open communication means no misunderstandings, which ensures my clients can make educated and sensible decisions about their financial future.”
Pene grew up in Myrtleford and works throughout north-east Victoria and southern New South Wales. She offers a fully mobile service and is happy to meet with clients where and when it suits them.
