Living in Forest Hill

I can personally recommend Forest Hill as a great suburb to live in. It was where we had our office for over 11 years. There was a wonderful range of parks, clubs, cafes and great schools - as well as a strong community behind it all.  It was super easy to get into the city by road or train. 

According to realestate.com.au at June 2024, the median house purchase price in Forest Hill is $1.21m, with median rent at $590 pw.  That median purchase price is a smidge higher than Nunawading, for example.  Forest Hill is a "high demand" suburb, according to the website's search rate.
