I hate seeing homeowners paying more interest than they should be! There are a few ways I can help you make sure that your home loan is still competitive. 

• I will approach your current lender to ask for a discount, and advocate for a lower interest rate. This would be the quickest way to save money on your loan.
• If they aren't offering a good discount, I will then ask our 35+ lender panel to see if another lender will offer you a better deal. I look for lower interest rates, competitive features or cash back offers.
• I keep it simple by talking you through the numbers: what refinancing could save you, and how much it will cost to switch. 
• If you would like to go ahead, I will organise the entire refinance on your behalf, collate your documents and follow-up with both lenders.
