Paddy O'Sullivan

Although enjoying many satisfying and successful years in the heavy engineering and mining industry, Paddy was always driven by his belief in himself and an ambition to own and run a successful business. The opportunity presented when he opened the door as a Mortgage Choice franchise owner.

Paddy has a reputation for integrity, enthusiasm and faithful service. His unique approach to every situation ensures that each client receives a personalised experience with the right advice.

Paddy loves the Shoalhaven region and believes he has the best job in the world in helping people from Berry to Batemans Bay make their dreams a reality.

In his spare time Paddy enjoys being involved in his kids sporting teams with the Shoalhaven Basketball Association, Illawarra Hawks Basketball, Paradise Physie & Dance and Gerringong Surf Life Saving Club as well as competing for Jervis Bay Triathlon Club.

Paddy has a wealth of knowledge and valuable understanding of the finance market together with his relaxed and honest approach to ensure that each client is provided with a professional and rewarding experience.

Stacey Straatsma

Mortgage Broker

Stacey is a broker at Mortgage Choice with over 5 years of experience in the finance industry and over 13 years in management. She specialises in First Home Buyers, Owner-Occupied and Investment property purchases, refinances, and loan restructuring.

Stacey is dedicated to finding the best financial solutions to suit her clients' needs. Holding both a Certificate IV and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, Stacey’s expertise ensures a seamless and personalised experience for every client.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, paddle boarding, and making memories with her kids and family.

John Carey

John is one of our brokers at Mortgage Choice, with over 11 years of experience as a Broker. John loves getting to know his customers, building long term relationships and helping our clients acheive their financial goals. He loves turning a no into a YES!

John can assist with finance for Owner Occupied and Investment loans, refiancing and loan restructuring as well as asset & equipment finance. He loves finding the scenario that works best for his clients.

Outside of work, John is a huge rugby league fan, having been involved in the sport since 1991. He loves an adventure and spending as much time as possible with his wife and three daughters.

Kate O'Sullivan

Kate O'Sullivan brings 10 years of executive level administration experience gained in the NSW health system to Mortgage Choice South Coast.

Kate is bubbly, always smiling and incredibly organised.

In her spare time Kate loves spending time with her three kids Darcy, Bronte and Ollie and getting involved in their school and sports activities.
