Olivia has been super lovely to work with as our first Mortgage Broker who was kind and patient throughout the process. Given this was our first time as first home buyers she explained everything clearly and even dialled in for a call with use from overseas
Olivia worked tirelessly on our application, to the point she was working on her holiday. Can't thank Olivia enough for her hard work and dedication to secure us our loan for our home.
I alway imagine that the hardest thing that I will ever have to do is arranged all documentation for buying a property. I was always so concerned how am I going to do all of that I was always so nervous about going to the bank and applying for a loan, I was not sure if I would be able to do all of that and if I would know how.
Then me and my Partner met Olivia, definitely the best thing that happened to us at this stage, she helped us and guided us though all of the process, she had so much patience, and she really invested her time in explaining everything to us. She made sure that we know every single small detail of whats going on, and she was always just a call away if we ever had any questions.
I want to use this opportunity, and thank Olivia on all hard work she did for me and my Partner, because of her, We have a place to call home now.
