We have relied upon and trusted Nicole's advice for many years now. She is brilliant - constantly keeps us updated from loan application to settlement, always contactable and very patient with us! We look forward to continuing to work with Nicole and would thoroughly recommend!
I worked with Nicole who was recommended by my brother. She was so patient and helpful to take the time to explain and answer all my questions. Nicole would also be available to take my calls on weekends and evenings after work hours and never once did she make me feel like I was a bother. She was very professional yet I can see she really cares for each and everyone of her clients. I would definitely recommend her services in the future as she was such a pleasure to work with. I am so glad she was with me through this whole process and I also have to give a shout out to her assistant Josie who was also most helpful. Thank you both for the great experience of buying my first home!
Nicole was great from start to finish, always available & able to clearly explain to us our various options for refinancing, including the pros and cons of those options.

Sevice is good
Nicole and Josie did an amazing job negotiating and processing finance for an investment property being purchased through our SMSF. They kept us well informed at each stage and provided guidance on the process. They also kept good communication with our legal and other professional services which made the process a lot smoother and easier for us. We highly recommend Nicole and will certainly be engaging her for our next purchase.
The loan transfer took a long time. Which was out of Nicole\'s hands
There were a few glitches during the transfer due to mistakes made by the new lender in the forms, delivery of forms, correction of forms, and also the services that made the transfer.
Nicole had to deal with numerous issues for us and i think she did a good job.
This is the second time I have used Nicole Hamilton and her advising/broker services. She is fast, thorough, looks for something appropriate for her client (not for her) and provides an extremely professional and friendly service.
Nicole has made our refinancing easy - dreamlike really and we would recommend her and Smartline to anyone - we already do!
From the moment I spoke to Nicole when she was referred by a very good friend of mine, she put in 150% effort the whole time.
Even when she was away she was always contactable as Nicole knew it was hard for me to be contacted during the week while at work.
I can honestly say that buying the house has been very easy with Nicole as I believe she went above and beyond any expectations I had of any financier, and Mark Okeefe is the only other one who has put in this much effort as well and he put Nicole onto me.
We have Smartline people over here in WA I believe but as long as Nicole is doing finance I will ALWAYS be using Nicole:)

Nicole worked above and beyond what we expected in order to obtain urgent loan approvals for a purchase within very tight deadlines. Not only did she manage to get us the approvals within the deadline, but she also secured for us a lower interest rate/greater discount than what our previous broker had been able to obtain.
Nicole kept us up to date at all times with what was going on and how our approval was tracking.
I can\'t recommend her highly enough. We will certainly be using her services again for any future loans.
Nicole assisted my wife and I with all aspects of the loan, obtaining one with a very good fixed rate. I thought being over 65 would be a problem for her finding a loan, but it wasn't. When there was a problem with Bankwest forwarding documentation to me to sign, Nicole contacted them immediately and the documents were emailed to me immediately. Overall, Nicole did a great job - was professional, knowledgeable & courteous.
