If you are looking for service that goes absolutely above and beyond your everyday broker who is just looking to close a loan than have a chat to Michael. We worked on our plans for about 12mths, and he was with us each step of the way giving us the best advice for our situation, no matter how many times we changed our direction on where and what to buy, Michael always answered with his honest advice that pointed us in the right direction for OUR needs. We were always presented with multiple options and given advice on the better deals that suits our situation.
In the end both he and Josie worked well past what we had ever expected, ensuring we had the best deal possible My husband and I cannot thank you enough for all the time, texts, emails and back and forths with the bank to get us through this whole process. Michael has been our broker for quite a few years now, initially assisting us in refinancing for a lower interest rate and home renovations. Michael then assisted us with purchasing an investment property interstate and more recently, refinancing for a lower interest rate on both properties.

Amazing sales consultant in Michael i was very happy with his advice and recommendations explaining how it would look financially at the end of the loan.
I just wasnt happy with the admin team in smart line who were very slow to action the loan once i signed. If it wasnt for michael's support i probably would have gone to another lender

Michael is a true professional. His attention to detail is commendable as is the level of customer service provided. I would gladly refer Michael to friends and colleagues.
Michael's service was extremely good however, there were various problems, numerous delays and lots of going back and forth between us and the bank. It was a stressful experience. I don't think this was due to anything he did or did not do.

Michael was great to deal with and had a smooth process throughout. The low score in expectations is mostly due to Bankwest and not Michael. There were delays due to the signing of documents etc., Michael may have been able to help the situation by knowing exactly what Bankwest require and knowing their rules inside out. However, again, there was lots of misleading information from the bank that didn\'t help.
