With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial lending, he has extensive knowledge of lending products, structures, and banking policies, and can guide his clients through the complex world of finance and lending.

He will take the time to get to know each client’s unique requirements, so he can determine which loan options best suit their financial goals – both now and in the future. Michael is always available to answer even the trickiest of questions and will provide quick and honest answers every time.

Michael’s longevity in the industry means he has established relationships with many banks and lenders, which gives him an edge when negotiating a great deal for his clients.

With his efficient and meticulous approach, Philip expedites the administrative aspect of the lending process, keeps clients updated along the way, and ensures everything runs smoothly. ‘I work with accuracy and a focus on the details because it’s important for my customers to get the process right the first time,’ he says.

Prior to joining Mortgage Choice, Philip was a Home and investment Lending Manager at a big four bank for 20-plus years. With this professional background, he offers clients the benefit of his in-depth knowledge of various loan products and policies, as well as banking procedures and processes.

Philip is based on the Central Coast.
