Michael Campbell was amazing from start to finish. Never pushy, listened thoroughly, stuck to what we wanted, responsive, and explained the process in terms I understood. His transparency throughout the entire process was exactly what we needed to feel comfortable taking this next exciting yet scary step, and he just made it so calm and easy. He fought for our best interests every step of the way and always presented the full spectrum of options, whilst gently guiding us towards the best outcome once he got to know our personal situation. Every decision we made was ours, and that was very important to us.
Renae the administration assistant was very responsive as well and super friendly. When our loan was approved and I told her I felt sick with nerves and excitement, she was very empathetic.
A brilliant experience with Michael and Renae from Mortgage Choice. If there's another house in our future, we'll have them on speed dial.
My situation wasn't a typical scenario, partly due to being self employed. Michael asked questions to understand my needs, business structure and it was clear he knew what would be needed and gave me confidence he would be able to guide me on the best way forward.
After the loan was funded he continued to follow up to ensure everything was okay and set up okay.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Michael Campbell is the best mortgage broker you could ever use. As a newly single parent he helped guide me through the process of getting a home loan so patiently, providing expert advice and support along the way.
