Matt’s passion for property and the lending process is evident in both his personal and professional life. He has purchased and developed numerous properties for personal use and investment, giving him valuable hands-on experience that enhances his ability to understand and address the unique needs of our clients.

To further expand his expertise and improve the business's ability to serve clients, Matt pursued further education through the Owners President and Management program at Harvard Business School in Boston, MA. His commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement drives both his personal growth and the success of the business.

Matt is dedicated to providing personalised, client-focused service, always going above and beyond to meet individual needs. He became the General Manager of the Brisbane office in May 2011 and, in July 2015, acquired the Mortgage Choice franchise, which has since grown and thrived for over 15 years. Under Matt's leadership, he and his team are committed to ensuring that every client experiences a smooth and seamless process from start to finish.

In 2015, Hanna was involved in the acquisition of Mortgage Choice Brisbane City. Two years later, in 2017, Hanna was again instrumental in the opening of Mortgage Choice Brisbane North. In 2023, Hanna played a pivotal role in the latest acquisition, Mortgage Choice Newstead. This acquisition further expands the company's reach and demonstrates Hanna's ongoing commitment to driving growth and success.

Aside from her professional responsibilities, Hanna has a strong focus on providing an exceptional client experience. She understands the importance of building relationships with clients and ensures that the daily operations of the business are carried out in a manner that prioritises client satisfaction. Hanna values the art of conversation and takes every opportunity to engage with clients, fostering positive connections and enhancing the overall experience.

Hanna is also a loving mother to two children, Chase and Miller. Her dedication to her family is evident, as she balances her professional responsibilities with her role as a parent. Additionally, the family has two rescue cats named Bucky and Bella, further highlighting Hanna's compassion and care for animals.

Brice joined the Mortgage Choice Brisbane City team in mid-2015, bringing a wealth of experience from his time in the UK and USA, where he worked in sales and operational roles. With a Diploma in Business, Marketing, and Advertising, as well as a solid background in customer service, Brice excels in building strong, long-term relationships with his clients.

What sets Brice apart is his dedication to creating a positive client experience. His enthusiasm, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence have made him a standout member of the team. Riley has been a member of the Mortgage Choice Brisbane City team since February 2020. Starting as a Customer Care Consultant, Riley quickly became the team’s Chief Morale Officer, bringing wit and humour to the often-serious world of finance. By August 2020, his talents earned him a promotion to Direct Assistant to Managing Director Matt, where he began mastering the intricacies of finance with an ambition to become a qualified Finance Broker.

With a strong background in real estate and excellent customer communication skills, Riley seamlessly navigates the complexities of mortgages, loan terms, and interest rates. Despite his focus on financial expertise, his quick wit and lighthearted approach make even the most complex discussions engaging and enjoyable.

Danel, affectionately known as Disney-Danel, is a key member of the Mortgage Choice Brisbane City team, renowned for her exceptional phone skills and efficient management of client needs, assisting Robert and Riley. Danel efficiently and expertly handles all matters after submission, making sure every client's loan goes through seamlessly. 

In her free time, Danel enjoys baking delicious cakes, spending time with her cats, Sonny and Bug, and relaxing through gardening. Her background in hospitality and healthcare brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to her role, enabling her to streamline operations.
