As first home buyers we literally knew nothing about what was involved with buying a house, except we needed a deposit We'd never spoken to a mortgage broker and the last time we spoke to a bank was back in 2003 But Mark was AMAZING He guided us through the process from beginning to end, and was happy to answer every single question we threw at him. We literally threw hundreds He found us the best rate possible that matched our requests, and thanks to him, getting a home loan was seriously simple. We highly recommend him if you're in the market for a loan.

My sister and I called Mark Paturzo when we had decided we were going to put an offer in on a country property. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough. He has made the process of buying so easy. Initially he came to our house, after hours, and talked us through our options, very clearly outlined how it all works and went through the possible figures with us. Once the offer had been accepted Mark came back with definite options and again talked us through it. When it was time to sign the papers, Mark was there making sure we signed in the right place. Friends of mine have bought recently and both of them were so stressed by the buying process, constantly chasing conveyancers and brokers. We didn't feel any of that stress as Mark kept us updated and he actually chased us up to make sure everything was in hand.
As first home buyers we had no idea of where to start and what we needed to do to get a loan to buy our first home. Mark helped us every step of the way which made it so much easier for us both to understand and feel comfortable about the whole process. He visited us when it suited us and did all the running around on our behalf. We love our new home and thank Mark for his assistance in helping us buy it.
Recently I took up the oportunity of having a free home loan health check, which Mark offers as part of his service. After only a few minutes Mark was able to establish that I could qualify for a lower interest rate. Mark negotiated with my current lender and was able to obtain a discount that will save me more than $2,500 per year in interest. I wasn't a client of Mark's before but I am now! If you are like me and haven't checked your home loan for a while, then I would highly recommend his services.
