After making contact with a few brokers who had said what we were trying to achieve with our situation wasn't possible, it was refreshing to speak with Lynelle. She is knowledgeable, friendly and listens. By the end of the first phone call Lynelle explained it was looking possible, moving through to the application and the rest of the process Lynelle kept in touch and kept us updated. We did the entire process 3000kms away without an issue. Dont hesitate in speaking with Lynelle. Thanks again, will be in touch for our next loan
Lynelle was fantastic to work with during my recent property purchase. There were changes of circumstance to both my income and property choice during the process and she was so patient and helpful throughout. I was a bit of a hard case but she was determined to get me a loan and she did it

Lynelle was absolutely amazing. As a young couple buying their first home with little knowledge on going forward, Lynelle was incredibly helpful guiding us through every step and helping us along the way and informing us of all the things we needed to know even when we didnt quite understand. She was always available to ask questions and very flexible and always worked in with our hours for phone calls late in the evening.
