Louise was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and helpful throughout the process of refinancing my home. It made a stressful time in my life much easier and I was very thankful to have her there every step of the way.

Louise was fantastic! She was always available if I had a question and was great at patiently explaining the difficult/detailed parts of the loan application process. She made me feel super comfortable to make informed decisions with my loan application, a great feeling when you are buying your first home. I cannot thank Louise enough for all her assistance, she was amazing!
