Meet Lisa Elliott - Your Mortgage Broker

Lisa is the owner and dedicated mortgage broker who will guide you through your appointment. As a mobile broker, Lisa enjoys the flexibility of meeting clients wherever suits them best—whether that’s in the comfort of your home, a nearby coffee shop, or online for your convenience.

With over 20 years of global business experience spanning Europe and Australia, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and a personal touch to her work. She spent much of her 20s living and working in London, immersing herself in diverse cultures and connecting with people from all walks of life—something she still enjoys as a business owner today.

While in the UK, Lisa and her husband took their first steps into property investment by purchasing a home back in Australia. Remarkably, they’ve never set foot in that property!

Inspired by countless UK property renovation shows, they later bought a "fixer-upper" in London. It was a true labor of love, requiring extensive renovations: new electrics, plasterwork (no plasterboard in the UK!), moving the bathroom upstairs, installing a kitchen, and updating flooring throughout. All while living in the house! Ask Lisa if she’d take on such a project again, and you’ll hear a quick, “Not to that scale!”

When they returned to Australia, Lisa and her husband bought their family home, where they’ve happily stayed ever since. They’ve also added to their investment portfolio, this time with properties they’ve actually stepped inside more than once!

Having navigated the ups and downs of buying, selling, and renovating, Lisa understands how daunting and complex the process can feel. That’s why she built her business with a clear goal: to ensure her clients feel supported and informed every step of the way. Lisa explains, “It’s not just about the transaction. I’m here to make sure my clients feel confident and looked after, even years down the track. Whether it’s six months or two years later, I’m always here to help. After all, this is my business.”

When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their furry family members.

Meet Kristin McLeish - Your Home Loan Approvals Manager

Kristin is our Loan Processing Manager—though we prefer to call her our Home Loan Approvals Manager because she’s all about making things happen!

From the moment your application is submitted, Kristin’s friendly voice will be there to guide you through the next steps. She works tirelessly behind the scenes, liaising with lenders and third parties to ensure everything is on track. Kristin takes pride in coordinating all the moving pieces to make sure your home loan approval and settlement process runs seamlessly.

Kristin began her career as a conveyancing paralegal before transitioning into property development and finance. With over 15 years of experience in the property and finance industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role and knows how to navigate even the trickiest scenarios.

Her passion has always been about providing unwavering support and guidance to clients, and nothing makes her happier than helping people achieve their dream of homeownership.
