Leeanne Neil is a highly experienced mortgage broker with a flair for truly understanding what her clients need, and the knowledge and skills to help them achieve this.
As a true ‘people person’ Leeanne offers empathy and compassion when guiding her clients through the lending process. “I care for and about my clients in a way that brings something ‘extra’,” she says. ‘With a questioning approach and mindset, underpinned by formal training in Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence, I know the right questions to ask upfront in order to build a clear picture of my clients’ current circumstances, needs and future objectives.”
This deep understanding, coupled with her sound knowledge of the finance industry and the various loan products on offer, informs the insightful, personalised advice Leeanne offers every client.
She has been a mortgage broker since 2000, and, as a certified coach, she also trains other brokers on best practice. “Over the past 12 years I have coached and trained many industry leaders and brokers,” she says.
This extensive experience and knowledge, coupled with a unique ability to think outside the box, ensures she can tailor solutions for clients in all types of situations.
Leeanne is attentive to her clients’ needs and works hard to ensure their borrowing experience is stress-free. “I have a great team which support me so that I can be there for every client,” she says. “I also have a huge network of industry contacts and am a great referrer, which adds extra value to our relationship.”
Leeanne offers a mobile service across Greater Sydney, and is also happy to work with clients who are based interstate and abroad.
