Kelly Carter embarked on her broking journey with a mission to make a difference. Her commitment extends beyond transactions, aiming for a service level that truly impacts lives. An advocate for financial literacy, Kelly is passionate about educating young people to empower them for a prosperous future. As a mother of three Gen Z girls, all looking to create financial freedom for themselves, Kelly understands the challenges and ambitions of young adults taking that first leap into home ownership.

Kelly draws from her own personal experiences from buying and selling property, divorce, investing and relocating, to help her clients in all stages of their financial journey.   These experiences gives her a great insight and relatability to her clients, and they will never be treated as just another number.

Relocating from Bathurst to Port Macquarie in 2021 with her husband Craig and 3 daughters, Kelly embraces the coastal lifestyle, cherishing the outdoors. Her zest for self-improvement mirrors her dedication to continuous growth, both personally and professionally.

Kelly is based in Port Macquarie and works with clients both face-to-face and virtually across Australia.

Kelly is a community-driven professional dedicated to supporting local businesses and actively engages in initiatives that contribute to its growth and well-being. Kelly is the Secretary of Hastings Womens Business and Network and member of a local BNI chapter Hastings Connections.  She is also a member of Port Macquarie Tourism and Business Port Macquarie and Ambassador for the Mission Abundance Foundation.

Anna is the friendly, approachable expert who supports our clients throughout their home loan journey. From managing loan applications to overseeing settlements and ensuring a seamless transition, she’s there every step of the way. Even after settlement, Anna continues to assist clients, ensuring their loan product and rate remain the right fit for their needs—making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

With a background in retail and customer service, Anna brings a strong foundation in client relations. Additionally, holding a , provides her with the knowledge to deliver excellent service and knowledge to our clients.

Lover of the outdoors—when she’s not guiding clients, you’ll find her enjoying family times, usually at the park or beach in Port Macquarie, making memories with her two little adventurers and husband Kris, while also squeezing in time for the gym, a good book, and a bargain at the markets!
