Kerrillea has a background in the Building & Construction industry as a prior Owner/Director for over 8 years assisting clients achieve the reality of building their home.  From designing the floor plan to the final touches internally. 

In the Real Estate Industry as an Agent for 6 years and as a Mortgage Broker. 

After having time away from Brokerage Kerrillea is ethusiastic and keen to assist past and future clients in achieving their biggest investment purchase.

With a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and considerable accounting experience, Eli is also able to assist her clients with their budgeting. Time spent as the manager of a large residential building company means she can also add value with her extensive knowledge of the building process.

Eli is able to assist all types of borrowers – first homebuyers, people refinancing an existing property or purchasing a new property, and people wanting to start or grow their investment property portfolio.

Based in Albany, where she grew up and returned to in 1998 after living in Perth for a few years, Eli offers a fully mobile service throughout the Great Southern district.
