Justin began his career at Bankwest, where he held a variety of roles over his 12-year tenure, (including seven years as a lender), before going on become a mortgage broker in 1999. With this breadth of experience and in-depth knowledge, he can readily identify the ideal solution for multiple different scenarios and confidently guides his clients through the entire lending process.

Justin’s expertise and client-focused approach are backed by the team’s knowledgeable and friendly support staff who are able to answer any questions that may present themselves as you move through your application.

As someone who lives, works and was schooled locally, Justin is highly active within the Mandurah community and dedicates much of his after-hours’ time to supporting our local area, through his involvement with Council; by participating in business, economic and networking groups; and as an enthusiastic member of local sporting clubs (he’s a huge fan of local AFL & cricket!).

Following a 30-plus year career in the banking and finance industry, Wendy’s insider knowledge and expertise across all areas of borrowing gives her a head-start in finding and negotiating the best solutions for her clients.

‘For me, the most important factors when arranging a loan for my clients are asking questions and being curious – I find out what matters to them and what their goals are. My approach is to listen first, and then provide honest, upfront and realistic lending advice and options, always with the customer’s best interests at the forefront.’

Wendy has won several workplace awards (for ‘thinking outside the box’ and ‘going the extra mile’), and was named a top-100 employer during her time at one of the big-four banks. With a proven track record in customer service, Wendy consistently goes ‘above and beyond’ to ensure her customers feel supported and informed throughout the borrowing process and beyond.

‘I like to provide a one-stop-shop and not just the home loan,’ she says. ‘That means equipping home buyers and investors with the right information to help with their decision-making, such as RP Data reports on homes for sale, previous sales, suburb profiles and property values.’

Wendy currently lives in Mandurah and has called the Peel region home for more than 20 years. With her impressive knowledge of the local market, she specialises in assisting borrowers in the Peel area. However she is fully mobile and also services Perth metro (south of the river) and the south-west of WA.

With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Property, as well as a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Jordyn has a deep understanding of the lending market and can provide tailored solutions.
