Okay, so it's not specifically a venue, however the space in between Canterbury & Murray Street is blocked off exclusively for foot traffic and fantastic for the little ones to run and play within eye-sight from the various cafes and restaurants that spill onto the pavement.
Some excellent choices for al fresco dining when the weather permits include Pizza d'Asporto Yarraville (classic Italian fare with amazing wood-oven pizzas), Yarra Lounge (great tapas-style menu with delicious food and cocktails), or why not grab a take-away burger from Grill'd to enjoy on the lawn?

A hair and beauty salon nestled on the quieter end of Somerville Road in Yarraville, the salon boasts a range of baby and child friendly facilities and activities to keep the little ones engaged while mums enjoy a massage, manicure/pedicure or waxing in a safe space.
