Jon and Hayley were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From my initial conversation with Jon to receiving final loan approval, I had many questions which I asked either by email or phone, and Jon patiently helped me understand everything. As a first-time homebuyer, their support gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend them to others.
Huge thanks to Jon and Hayley from Mortgage Choice, they went above and beyond to help my partner and I get financing for our home. The entire process went so smoothly and they were professional and available all throughout. As a first home buyer I had a lot of questions and Jon was always there to answer them in a succinct and clear manner. I will definitely be engaging them again in the future.
My experience with Jon Choi was super positive. My neighbour had recommended him to me, as I I had had a negative experience with another mortgage broker and wanted to try someone new. Jon was absolutely amazing, went through the whole process, explained everything and got me a great rate Was really easy to contact when needed and checked in to make sure everything was going smooth and with regular updates. Provided me with all the contacts and the next steps I would need to follow making the process so much less stressful, I had to do was think about purchasing the property Would highly recommend Jon to anyone who needs a mortgage broker.

Jon and the team offer an outstanding service. Follow-ups and turnarounds are quick and efficient. I had poor mortgage broker experiences in purchasing my PPOR, but Jon has reinstated my confidence completely in helping with my refinance to get me out of the situation I was left in by others. This has now resulted in me being so much happier with my first home as a whole I will refer him to those close to me who require any debt financing or re-financing in the future and continue to utilise his services, as long as he'll have me Thank you, Jon and the team.
