Incredibly knowledgeable and supportive broker who eased the whole process for us as we navigated our land purchasebuild contract.
John and Chantal were fantastic. As a first home buyer, the process seemed a bit daunting, but John was great at explaining every step, including things that I didn't even know to ask yet. Thanks to him and Chantal, I felt confident and comfortable throughout the pre-approval and settlement processes. It was a great pleasure dealing with them both and I can't imagine having a better experience buying my first home. Thank you -

John provided us a quick and sound advice regarding our options to get a mortgage. He was very flexible and reachable at any time and Chantal as part of his team kept us up to date with all the steps and status of our process. John and Chantal were above and beyond with their availability and timely responses. More importantly, John provided a range of options for us to decide and the best rate and amount we could get, beating up by far what my bank was offering. I will definitively use John's services for any future financial need.
John and his team have assisted us with mutiple loans over the years. We keep coming back as it feels lile sorting out a loan with a mate, albeit with the utter most professionalism. John takes the stress out of finding the best deal.

Very proffessional extremely responsive and have been great in assisting me in all other areas that aren't even required for them to do. They have been so helpful in handling and assisting us through a very difficult situation and rapidly working to make sure we weren't stuck in an almost homeless situation. Bought our house with the assistance of Mortgage Choice 12 years ago. We were impressed both then and also with the post purchase follow-ups. They have proactively helped us lower our interest rates on a couple of occasions and we can't speak highly enough of John and Sandra's professional and friendly service.

The team recently reviewed my loan and negotiated on my behalf with my bank to get a reduced interest rate. A great bonus When I originally took out the loan John did a great job taking me through the loan options and was fantastic at making sure the loan paperwork as all correct. Great Service
