Joel is hands down the best mortgage broker weve ever worked with From start to finish, Joel went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for our needs were evident every step of the way.
He took the time to explain every detail, answered all our questions no matter how small, and worked tirelessly to find the best solution for us. Joel's dedication and communication were exceptional, always keeping us informed and ahead of the game.

Joel was excellent to deal with. He was professional. Joel and team were fantastic at keeping me upto date with how things were progressing and were always available to answer any question.
Joel went out his way to look after me and make sure I got the best deal possible. When the big banks were taking their time and being frustrating Joel new how to deal with them and speed up the process.

Joel Bradford was amazing. I called him as we accepted 30 day settlement coz the price was to good to say no to. We didnt have the next home or home loan.
