2 years ago when interest rates were peaking I was a few months off from staying my build and I needed to secure financing for it. Due to the interest rates it was getting to a point where I couldn't borrow enough. I had spoken to a few top recommended brokers and almost all said I'd need to wait until my approvals had come through which was going to take a few more months. They said they couldn't do much about it.
I saw Jodie was recommended by others in a local Facebook group and I'm so glad I reached out. She managed to secure me not only financing for my build but also a great rate. She worked directly with the bank and found a deal which others couldn't.
If I hadn't found Jodie I'm not sure what I would have done and grateful I did. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding broker.
