I was very impressed with the level of service that Jim provided. Jim was great with his communication, and managed to secure us a loan in a very timely and hassle free manner. I highly recommend Jim.

Jim was very professional and helpful answering all my questions as a aspiring first home buyer. He was happy to work with me communicating in a way I was comfortable with for my own working around my own schedule which was very refreshing. I will not hesitate to use Jim as our Mortgage broker when we are in a better position to borrow.

It was only recently I mentioned to Jim that I was interested in refinancing my owner-occupier, as well as looking at a different package for my investment property. Within hours he'd sent me information about a loan with a far cheaper rate, as well as other information to help me understand the different options available. It's clear he's found the best options related to my income, line of work, and personal circumstances. I've really appreciated the way he communicates respectfully and without pressure, allowing me to move at my own pace.
