Franchise Owner

Mortgage Choice Gawler was established in 2002, with local mortgage broker, Leith Yelland, operating as a mobile lender and providing professional home loan service to the local area.

With the assistance of his wife Julie, Leith opened an office in Gawler’s busy main street in 2008. The business continued to expand rapidly and necessitated support from loan consultants, administration staff and a loan processor.

The office was closed in 2023 and very sadly Leith passed away in 2024.

Leith was a dearly loved and highly respected husband, father and businessperson, and the decision to keep the business operating without Leith was a difficult one.

Julie, who has always loved working with Leith, as well as their clients and team, has honoured his long-standing commitment to the community. Her cheerful and friendly approach keeps the team motivited, and the team are dedicated to continuing the excellent service which Mortgage Choice Gawler is renowned for.

Loan Consultant

Jenny, her husband Quintin, and young daughter Charli are Gawler locals. Jenny has devoted her very successful career, to helping her client base in the Gawler, Barossa and surrounding areas, reach their financial goals. With 21 years experience in Banking and Finance, Jenny has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in customer service and lending. Her outgoing and enthusiastic demeanor and passion for taking care of her clients is inspirational.

Her proven ability to not only work within a team environment, but also work well under pressure, means that she is a major asset to our business. In her free time Jenny loves to play softball, spend time with her family, and friends and walk her dog.

Loan Consultant

Luke Warner joined Mortgage Choice Gawler as a Loan Consultant in 2023, bringing with him a professional background in banking & finance, and has settled into our team enviroment with ease.

Luke will discuss your lending requirements with you to ensure that we are offering the most suitable option for your needs, and will be there liaise with your lender and respond to any of your questions throughout the loan process.
