Jenni has worked in lending and finance for over 25 years. Her extensive knowledge of loan products, services and banking policies means she is ideally placed to find the right loan solutions for her clients based on their needs and future goals.

With her dedication and approachable manner, Jenni develops lifelong relationships with most of her clients. She has become a trusted broker for many, assisting them not just with their immediate borrowing needs but with their long-term financial goals. 

‘Details are important to me,’ Jenni says. ‘I get to know my clients across all areas – checking their income, commitments, lifestyle, credit history, assets and financial goals – that way I can ensure I find the most suitable loan for their unique requirements.’

Patient, respectful and understanding, Jenni brings not only an outstanding level of knowledge and insight to her clients but also a unique level of service.

‘I like to go beyond the call of duty for each and every client and reduce their stress levels wherever I can,’ says Jenni. ‘I make sure I fully explain everything related to all the loan options so my clients can make informed decisions. I also keep my clients up to date throughout the loan application process and am readily available to discuss any questions. Finally, I make sure I keep in contact after settlement so that everything remains on track moving forward – my clients are always my number one priority.’

Over the years, Jenni has received many industry awards in recognition of her commitment to providing an outstanding mortgage broking service. Most recently, she was the recipient of the 2021 Smartline Client Care and High Achievement awards. 

Jenni is happily married with four beautiful girls, two gorgeous grandchildren and a wonderful husband. She is based in Joondalup in northern Perth and can assist with all types of lending needs. She is fully mobile in the Perth metropolitan area.
