Heading our Narooma office, Josh brings a unique blend of expertise and dedication to his role as a mortgage broker at Mortgage Choice. With a meticulous attention to detail and innate problem-solving skills which were honed from 18 years experience as a NSW Police officer, Josh is driven by a passion for assisting others achieve their property and finance goals. He is committed to understanding client needs, and motivated to adeptly navigate the complexities of lender policies to ensure the best personalised outcomes.  

Josh immerses himself in the lifestyle and community of Narooma and loves nothing more than to spend his weekends with his family fishing, surfing and diving.  

Josh is deeply passionate about the property industry. Having built a personal property portfolio, he is heavily invested in staying abreast of market trends, leading products, and all the necessary knowledge to support clients and enhance his ability to offer tailored advice that encompasses both financial considerations and local market dynamics.

After growing up in the U.S, Jen moved to Merimbula in 2005 and started her finance career at Mortgage Choice. She loved how much freedom the right financial choices can bring and helping home buyers save money on one of life's most rewarding purchases - a new home.

She has the heart and willingness to work hard for every client that she meets (and does it all with a smile!)

With degree qualifications in Mortgage Broking and Financial Services, Alan has had extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. He has spent years finding the most competitive home loans and finance solutions for our customers.

Phoebe is an integral part of the Mortgage Choice team, bringing warmth, efficiency, and dedication to her role as Broker Assistant. Specialising in customer relations and loan maintenance, Phoebe ensures every client’s journey is smooth and stress-free.

Born and raised in Merimbula, Phoebe has a deep connection to the local community and a passion for helping others. Before joining the finance industry, she owned and operated her own successful café for 10 years, where she honed her exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

Phoebe loves the ocean and enjoys spending time with her three kids and making the most of her coastal lifestyle.
