Jason can assist with all of your home loan and mortgage needs.  He is skilled in selecting the lender that will best service your needs and present the application to the lender in a standard that will maximise your ability to gain finance with them,

Monica is our lending analyst. Her expert knowledge of income calculation is essential in preparing the usable income in a format the broker can work with.

Monica also managed the many valuations that we order each week.

Karen is our Loan Processor settlement manager.  She has been part of the team since September 2022 and is instrumental in getting the loan from submission (by the broker) to settlement.  

She relentlessly follows up with lenders, keeping the file on track from the moment it is submitted, until it's ready for settlment and beyond. 

She also manages our construction loans which can stretch out over years, ensuring that the file remains on track for a smooth build for our customers.

Karen and her role are critical in support of Jason & Christine.
