Cannot fault the service that Ian gives. We have had multiple loans through him and he also helped the kids get their first home loans. Highly recommended.
Ian saved my bacon when St George screwed me around last minute on a mortgage that they had assured me was iron-clad pre-approved. We very nearly missed out on our dream home Fortunately Ian got us a fast approval and a better deal. I re-mortgaged again with him recently, again he got me better terms, a lower-rate, lower-payments and a signing bonus I would never use anyone else
