Carrie holds a Cert IV in Finance & Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.

Carrie enjoys the challenge of tracking down a deal that will best suit her client's needs.  She provides straight forward advice that makes the process simple, clear and concise. Being able to draw on many years of her own property investment experience, Carrie is happy to share that expert knowledge with you.

Helen is an Owner of the business and a Loans Consultant

Helen has over 20 years banking and finance industry experience that she brings to her clients home buying experience to ensure an informative and smooth transition to home ownership.

Helen holds a Cert IV in Finance & Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.

Helen enjoys working with her clients to educate them on the home ownership journey in a way that is clear and concise without the bank jargon. Whether a first home buyer, building a home, upgrading or complex investment structures, Helen will get you a great deal and work to make the process smooth and simple. 

Brittney is one of our Mortgage Brokers.

Brittney has been with Mortgage Choice for over seven years.  She particularly enjoys guiding and educating first home buyers through the process and can empathise with all of the emotions and nerves that come with being a first home buyer. 

Brittney holds a Cert III in Business Administration, Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Diploma in Business 

Brittney has a very strong emphasis on ensuring a great customer experience and will work hard to ensure you get a great deal.

Karlie is a Credit Analyst.

Karlie previously held a Mortgage Broking role with Mortgage Choice Ipswich and has now made the transition after returning from maternity leave to a new position where her skill set enables her to assist the brokers with more complex scenarios.

Karlie holds a Cert IV in Finance & Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking.

Consistently dedicated to great customer outcomes, Karlie’s service to her clients is second to none, always receiving positive client feedback.

Sandra is a Credit Analyst

Sandra previously held the position of Carrie's personal assistant and has over 20 years experience in the finance industry.

With her extensive knowledge, Sandra assists the brokers with complex scenarios and to streamline workflows for a better customer experience.

Sandra holds a Cert IV in Finance & Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking.

With a positive "can-do" attitude, Sandra has a great rapport with her clients and works hard to find solutions and the best deals for our clients.

Racheal is a Credit Analyst

Racheal has an extensive background in the finance and mortgage broking industry.  She brings a wealth of knowledge in loan processing and wide skill set to the role to support our brokers and  clients through the loan application process.

Racheal is currently undertaking a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Ensuring your experience is a stress free and streamlined one is Racheal's focus. 

Jessica is Carrie's Personal Assistant.

Jess is an excellent communicator with an extensive background in the finance and mortgage industry, particularly in the loan processing area.

You’ll find Jess is very organised, with a really friendly approach. She will be in contact with you throughout your home loan journey to ensure the process runs smoothly and you are kept up to date.

Bee is Helen's Personal Assistant at Mortgage Choice. 

Bee will communicate with you throughout the loan process from the initial appointment right through to you having the keys to your new home. Our clients love Bee’s friendly and calming nature in what can be an anxious period in buying your home or refinancing.

Previously, Bee worked as a banker for NAB for more than 15 years. She brings a wealth of experience to the role and loves supporting you in achieving your home loan goals. 

Samantha is Brittney's Personal Assistant. 

Samantha and Brittney have built a great team together that consistently receive client testimonials that reflect a great experience for their clients. 

With a very good eye for attention to detail, Samantha will ensure that your loan assessment runs smoothly and you are kept up to date at every stage on how your file is progressing

Sam's personality is to be incredibly helpful and it shines through in great outcomes for clients. She will always do her best to ensure that her clients home ownership journey is one they look back on fondly.

Kylie's role in our Administration Team supports our Credit Analysts and PA's to prepare high quality loan applications and assist in the tracking of assessements and settlements. 

With an extensive background in the legal industry Kylie is very experienced in the conveyancing process and has exceptional attention to detail.

Sygourney is part of the Administration Team & usually the first person you will meet in our reception area.

Commencing with Mortgage Choice in 2019, Sygourney joined the team as a school based trainee and has undertaken a variety of broker support roles within the business during that time.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and wide skill set to the role to support our Personal Assistants with the loan application process.  Sygourney additionally assists existing clients with pricing and valuation requests.

Sygourney holds a certificate III in Business.

Emma is a school based trainee and is part of our Administration Team. 

Emma assists in a variety of roles which includes compliance, marketing and database management. You will be most likely to hear from Emma in relation to the aftercare of your loan. Her enthusiasm & attention to detail is great addition to our team!
