We emigrated from the Uk and Harrie was recommended to us by a friend to seek Mortgage advice.
From our first meeting with Harrie it was inevitable he was the perfect Mortage Broker for us explaining the process step by step, taking any pressure away from the task of finding a Mortgage.
With no stone left unturned, constant contact with what needed to be done when and where, perfect seamless Mortgage result leading us to purchase our first property here in Perth.

I may be slightly biased towards my adviser as Harrie is my cousin. But in saying that, if I thought he was a dud I wouldn’t recommend him to my friends and I most certainly would. He definitely went into “work mode” when we discussed our mortgage needs and was always trying to think of the best options for me and my partner. Harrie is clearly knowledgeable but speaks in an easy to understand manner. We are happy with the solution we were offered and wouldn’t hesitate to use Smartline again in the future. I have been using Mortgage Gallery for many years and my adviser has been Harrie Swanson each time. I have obtained four mortgages and it has been seamless everytime. I always feel like I am getting the best deal and nothing has ever been too hard. I ended up with an investment property when I thought it was not possible. We didn't have the easiest of transactions to put up to the bank, however Harrie didn't bat an eyelid and got the approval for us and kept in touch the entire process. I will certainly be coming back to deal with him in the future.
