Harrie Swanson has a wealth of knowledge from over 30 years of experience in the finance and mortgage industry, and it shows. He readily uses his experience to benefit his clients, for they are his number one motivation to succeed.

In addition to his professional expertise, Harrie excels as a people person, capable of helping his clients understand the complete loan process.

His goal is to assure that the entire home loan experience is smooth and stress-free. “I take my client by the hand, from application to settlement and beyond,” he says. 

Harrie takes care of his clients. So much so, that most of his clients not only return again and again, they refer their friends and associates. He’s now at the point in his career where his existing clients are sending their children to him! All because of Harrie’s exceptional ability to successfully meet his clients’ individual needs.

Harrie is a full member of MFAA (Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia), and an Associate Member of the Institute of Financial Services. Not only does he have lasting relationships with clients, he also has built long-term relationships with lenders. He knows how to see “outside the box” to work with various lenders, and he knows how to package the application in its most erudite form.

As for whom Harrie Swanson is outside of finance, he is married with a son and daughter, enjoys inspiring conversations with friends, training at the gym, and someday plans to learn to fly a plane. As a family man, he understands why his services are so very important to people and their families, and why they rely on him.
